ORDER PROCESSING:
We will send your order with all possible speed, but please allow
approximately 1 days for us to process and prepare your order for
shipment (2 days for Guatemala, and 10 days for International).
All domestic shipments are via cargo
Expreso or Delivery Way for Guatemala City and average 2 business days
for delivery time.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Any video or DVD which is not viewable due to manufacturing defect will
be replaced with another of the same title. Customers are responsible
for any return shipping charges; we in turn will not charge shipping to
send a replacement. All exchanges must be pre-authorized by e-mail or
phone 502-59041758.
PLEASE NOTE: Videos are NEVER
returnable due to content dissatisfaction. Futher, we will not accept
returns when the actual program contents differs, or appears to differ,
from the description on our website - we regret that in the adult porn
industry, boxcovers, descriptions and images may not always be
representative of video contents. In addition, we reserve the right not
to honor any price mistakes which due to typograhical error.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
(Domestic Guatemala) Shipping is $3.25 for each order placed. If we ship
a partial order, there is no additional shipping charge to ship the
remainder. ALL domestic shipments are via Cargo Expreso or National Bus
Service. International shipping, we need to consult depend of city and
weight. All international shipments are via, DHL, FEDEX, UPS or another
legal company.
PACKAGING:
We ship discreetly in plain boxes, with no indication that the package
contains adult material. Our return address on the shipping label is
printed as follows:
